Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are not possible with Shilpashastra.

We do not have cash refunds.

If the customer insists and the product is not shipped, the entire purchase value will be refunded as a Store Credit only.

If the product is already dispatched, there is no way to reverse the shipping however you can refuse delivery and once we receive the returned product, the product value deducting the shipping costs will be issued as Store Credit

Store Credit is a coupon code issued to your email address which can be redeemed in further purchases with us.

The Store Credit code is lifetime valid. The code can be applied in the checkout at the coupon field and gets redeemed automatically.

The difference amount between the purchase and the store credit value if any, has to be paid accordingly
